Our Mission

PALM Fitness is a free fitness social platform where users log workouts across four disciplines (strength, cardio, yoga, pilates), share meals with full macro breakdowns, post lifestyle updates, message friends in DMs and group chats, and discover coaches — all in one place.

Every post you create connects you with your community — workouts with auto-generated muscle maps, meals with macro pie charts, and lifestyle updates with @mentions that tag the people who inspire you. Coaches can lock content at three levels and build recurring revenue through per-creator subscriptions.

Where We Started

While PALM Fitness was founded in 2025, our story really began much earlier. As members of the fitness community for over two decades, we have been able to use our experiences to create an all-in-one health and fitness application.

Our platform not only aims to give back to our community, but enables it to continue to grow and flourish by instilling motivation, passion, positivity, and community.
